15 x 6 with a five on 5" bolt circle. Any 51-56 "senior" wheel will do. You can readily tell these as they do not have the raised nibs pressed into the steel to capture the dog dish hubcaps.

Just one small caveat to Ross response, the '56 wheels are the same size, but will not fit as they don't have the small holes in the rim for the alignment pin on the drum. Lugs bolts vs. Lug nuts.

You can always buck the trend and put some 22" spinners on it:

And both my '56s came with alignment dowel holes in the wheels, just no dowels on the drums.

I see you're also interested in model trains so you'll have something else in common with some other members here, besides Packard's that is. And a request, could you please include your '54 Pacific in the Owner Registry together with a pic, any known history and how you acquired it?

Warren,
for the Owner Registry entry for your '54 Pacific. I enjoy reading the history and background to the Registry entries when available. Besides the nuts and bolts spec's, another dimension is given of the car and sometimes it's owner. Again

I agree, the 54 Pacific was understated elegance. There was an outstanding red with black top Pacific at Warren.
