Dave, thanks. Glorious, sunny weather and Packards dominate the town. The blue Dual Cowl (pic #1056) 1914 Model 48 (pic #1035)* even has hexagons on the surface of the cylinderheads. But why do they always appear as a pair? Pic #1034 conveys the impression of a film set. Much better as the usual arrangement.

Dave, great photos and thanks for sharing. There are many that would look great in black and white for an authentic period appearance. I didn't see you Clipper in any of the photos, did you not drive it down?

Thanks for the comments. The weather was perfect, the setting for the cars was ideal. I love Galena and this was my 3rd visit to the town. My wife and I stayed at a delightful c. 1846 B&B nearby and the cars were magnificent. I didn't drive my car down although I now wish that I had since the temperatures were not all that hot. A 1925 Eight touring car was driven down all the way from Longview Texas but I guess I didn't take a photo of it (sorry). Here are some more photos . Please disregard the ugly old f**T standing next to the 47 Super Clipper. Enjoy!!

Zerth, I think. There seems to be at least a half-dozen or so 900 coupes known, maybe more. Who knows how many of the coupe-roadsters have been altered from coupes?
