It was not a 356. It is definitely a 120 in every way except for the few 160 parts mentioned above. The Facebook ads have also been removed along with extensive comments. The seller did post a photo of the data plate and seemed genuinely surprised that it had a falsified vehicle number. I understand the title also shows 1475-2001 which I would consider to be a major problem.

Hmm, will anybody at Barrett-Jackson notice that the interior in the perfectly restored red convertible is wrong?
Of course they won't! That doesn't sell cars.

Sorry, my bad. Not sure what happened, but I've gone in and deleted the duplicate posts. Just noticed that the seller has posted the car on the PAC website. Is he a member?

What appears to be a 1947 2106 sedan in Socal. For $10K. Short on description and very short on pictures, but if the one photo is accurate, it might be worth a look. Pic in ad.

1955 400
I feel like I saw this car on another listing, maybe from the same seller. It's cleaner now (if it's the same car). Brakes and fuel system redone. Paint is not great but not bad. Interior looks surprisingly good, apart from the carpet. Price is right. $8500 https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/754038732285248/

Clean 1956 Patrician in one of my favorite color options. Dover White / Mojave Tan with Light/Dark Copper interior. Another one of those colors that I think looks so classy and is just not seen in cars anymore.

It's a small world... On Facebook Marketplace there's a 1940 Packard 110 for sale in Ohio, still titled in PackardDon's name from 1972! Wow! It had been sandblasted and a light coat of protective light blue paint added to the body with the entire front end in primer the last I saw it! Before that it was black but it was originally a bright blue from the factory although it was yellow when I bought it. When I sold it it had a rebuilt 1941 engine with 0 miles (the Electromatic mount boss is visible in the Marketplace photos) but I still have the 1940 engine that was in it when it was my everyday car. I even drove it down from Bellevue, WA to San Jose, CA when I moved there which is when it was titled in California. It was sold originally by the Packard Seattle Company and was apparently there all its life until I bought it in 1965 or 1966 or so as my fourth Packard. In fact, it was a parts car for my 1939 but the 1940 turned out to be in better condition so I sold the '39 and kept the '40. It was the only 110 Club Sedan made which I know because I am the one who had it converted. It also had a factory two-tone interior. It had blue seats and rear arm rests and blue rear window moldings but the front moldings were wood grain. I had them all re-woodgrained and I still have the original wiring harness along with the blue seat upholstery with the Packard name stamped on the underside. The wheel covers, rear bumper and bail ornament were NOS and I added R9 overdrive. The front bumper was replated and I had new grille bars and hood louvers made by a local (Bellevue) sheet metal shop and they were chromed too. The dash trim and all handles and knobs were also all rechromed.

Cool story on the '40 Don, but it's a shame the condition it's in now.
