I became a Packard owner a few months after I went to Hershey last year - as a result I wasn't on the look-out for parts while I was there.
Is there a solid representation of parts and Packard vendors there? My guess is "of course".

Attending Hershey in 2012 I purchased a Program on entry(Cost was $5 then). The Program was substantial(124 pages) and contains an alphabetical listing of all vendors. Towards its end is also a listing of Vendors by make of vehicle or their specialty, ie headlights, tools, etc, etc. The Packard section was over 3/4 of a page with over 100 Vendors listed. The list also shows the Vendor space numbers ie GDK 35-36, GBE 15-24, etc, etc. There are also maps of each field. ie Chocolate Field South, Red Field, etc, etc showing the space numbers. Markup the maps with the vendors you're interested in then you can eliminate many vendors which hold no interest in your search. A good way to navigate the fields is via the light poles. Not as silly as it sounds, because all the poles are clearly numbered and are also numbered on the various field maps. Just set your bearings on a pole and away you go!
Although you never know what treasures you've missed if you don't ferret into every dusty, rusty pile of unidentified or misidentified parts! Happy Packard Parts Hunting!

Thanks for the insight, this is great.
Last year was my first, and admittedly we passed by the program during entry thinking it wasnt worth it. We spent 8 hours in one lot and the car corral. Definitely getting the program this year and strategizing. Otherwise my automotive ADD will kick in every time I see something unique or shiny.

How is Hershey going to be affected this year by hurricane Florence?

I would imagine except for rains this week extending into next, it shouldn't be affected that much as I would think everything should have passed by October. Also, everything is on blacktop now, unlike the past where mud hip waders may have been required.
