I found a couple of trading cards jammed into the back seat ashtrays in mine along with some proof that they hadn't been cleaned out since 1967...
In case anyone is wondering, those cards are worth about a nickel each. Both of my cars still have the original front seat carpet so I'm hoping the original build sheets might be hiding under there. Attach file:  20220921_200232.jpg (8,821.00 KB)

Didn't find anything of interest in my Packards, but one thing I found when visiting the Histroric Aircraft Restoration Services(HARS) Aviation Museum a few years back, when doing a walk through in the cabin of "Connie", the worlds only flying Lockheed C-121C Super Constellation, was that the ashtrays in the passenger seat armrests still contained butts and ashes from it's last flight before being placed in storage. Not the nicest of "souveniers" but still a sign of times gone by.

are you near Prescott? Will be visiting Sedona and visiting a cousin there in a couple of weeks. Got a question, are there any boneyards of old cars near there?
