Bohman Swartz history lesson

Recently a 1941 Packard came in for restoration. It has been in Bc museum for for the last 20 years or so.i am told they only did 3 of these and 1 burned. One, I am told, might be on east coast. B&S did a 10 inch extension on doors and frame. Who were these made for?

Sorry I don't know the answer to the question, but note it's Schwartz, not Swartz. A nice summary of the history of the firm in www.coachbuilt.com. B&S was essentially the successor to Walter M.Murphy Co.
