The real question is what's the asking price for this stuff?

I don't think he has a price. I have been after him for many years to do something with all of this. He is well into his eighties and no longer working on the vehicles. I can try to coax a bit more out of him when I see him next in a few weeks. He wants the cars and parts all gone at once, I think?
That is a Caribbean under the tree, it used to be a daily driver around 20 years ago.

For being under a tree, the interior on the Carribean isn't horrible!

Todd,

A suggestion - One of the major Packard parts dealers, Max and Kanter come to mind, or possiby others, might be the best way to move the entire hoard of parts and the cars in one hit. Of course it could be dependent too on where the stash is located.

Gerry at Packards Southwest? They're in California I believe and they've taken other huge collections as well. This would be right up their alley.

Love the Caribbean....would love to have that as a project!

Quite a few of the parts in the photos are unrelated to Packard so might take some sorting out and making an inventory (at least a rough one) before a sale can be done. Also, I suggest selling the cars separately.

Will try to get more info out of him. I think he tried Max several years ago, at the time were not interested, too big? Again, at his age he doesn't want to fool around with separating things or cars. Sometimes dealing with senior people is like squeezing jelly in your hand, no matter what you do it still squeezes out. From what I can tell much of this stuff he had rebuilt many years ago and sat on the shelves. From what he tells me much of the ultramatic parts are now very scarce?
Someone really needs to go there and talk to him straight in his eyes.

Haha, no. Unless he has a box of NOS 56 input shafts or converter shafts. Ross and Mike Dulinski already have piles of Ultramatic paraphernalia.
