Good Morning,
I own a 1937 115-C, the drivers door is stuck, it will not open from the inside or the outside, any assistance and/or diagrams on how to troubleshoot and fix would be greatly appreciated.

Your first post, so to PackardInfo. But sorry I can't help with your query.

However, I invite you to include your '37 115C in PackardInfo's Packard Vehicle Registry.

The 1937 115-C uses a completely different latch mechanism.
I am including pictures of the door and jam for the discussion.

Several questions:
1. Do the inside and outside handles move?
2. If so, do they move to the normal open position?
3. Can you pull back the windlace and see the latch bolt move when you turn the handles?

You may be able to try the "credit card" method and slip something between the door and jam from the inside and work the latch bolt back.

If you want to attempt to disassemble the door, there instructions starting on page 19 of the 120 and 115 Body Manual in the Literature Archive.

Wow this is super helpful, my husband relieved pressure off the latch by putting pressure on the face of the door handle. Your links were super helpful and we were able to get the door open. We greased up the striker plates and now it opens and closes beautifully. Thank you again.

Good job! Most issues of this sort, unless something actually breaks which can happen, are due to lack of maintenance. That's why Packard and every other car has a routine service schedule but, of course, with vintage cars we typically need to do it ourselves.
