Their Signature lines were stuffed with links for different things. They are hoping that someone would read it and click on the various links.

As HH56 suggested it was a nuisance spam. The strategy seemed to be that postings were made frequently enough to keep the Branson Pics thread active. This kept it in the 'Recent Forum Topics' list so people would seeit, visit it and possibly click on the embedded links more frequently.

Sort of a 'desperation in free advertising' approach to marketing.

So you traced it to PakistanInfo? Maybe there is more that shouldn't be said in a public forum.

I remember these being sold in truck stops with red or green or blue or amber wings. I always thought they were swans till I heard all the dumb arguments about Cormorants and Pelicans.
(I still like to think of them as swans).
