If you want a chopped 52 Packard there was one for sale on this board cheap.
The builder hung around here for a while. He got his car cheap so he thought he would be an individualist like everyone else and chop the top. He got it mostly done and ran out of money. In fact he was in some kind of money jam, I don't know the details. He tried to sell the car but got no offers. There isn't much call for a modified car. It's probably still around unless he sent it to the crusher. If you search some of the old threads you may find it. It looked just like yours, flat black paint red wheels and all, before he chopped it.

Fer shizzel my nizzel.
Uh you may wanna rethink the classic stop sign floor patch. A few years back I built a cool little bug on no budget. I used an old stop sign to patch the floor in the back where the battery tray is. Just so happened the generator died and so did the battery on a road trip. I aquired a new one of each and installed on the highway breakdown lane. Just so happened a state trooper decided to stop to check if I was ok and spotted my awesome riveting skills. I ended up with a $250 fine for possession of stolen state property. I guess the moral here is if you're gonna patch it with a road sign- turn it paint side down.
