The hosting provider is having some hardware issues on the server node where the website is hosted. Hopefully it will be resolved soon. Until then, you may experience slower than normal page loading on the website.

Kev,
As I understand it, a kick in the @r$e is insufficient to rectify this situation? Therefore I trust the man who owns it can fix it!

Being in the business i've noticed that if you read your logs and pay attention to your equipment, you'll usually know about the problem and possibly have it fixed before the customer even knows.
But in reality, we're usually running around doing other stuff and never have a chance to look for problems that are coming down the pipe, being to busy with current ones. So, yeah. Irate messages.

Howard, three questions:
Kevin and leaving food? His squirrels share the food with hamsters? Kevin's provider works proactive? Three answers: Sometimes. Seldom. Never [except for Mike (cortcomp)]. The technical trouble isn't the trigger event. The irate message is (based loosely on Murphy's law).

Sorry, my mistake. I thought it was hamsters running on the little wheel that made things go.
As to provider being proactive, you are right. Now that memory kicks in, I remember the machines I took care of never would break on schedule or when I was already there working on something else. Guess servers are no different.

Sure they aren't owned by Curtiss-Wright? Or, Wilson's ghost is in the machine.

Stephen, to understand what "Wilson's ghost" means I asked google and got two answers.
This is the second possibility.

And a third possibility is Charlie Wilson, Eisenhower's Secretary of Defense, who was a former GM guy. Many give him the credit for hastening Packards demise by pulling the Packard defense contracts and giving them to GM.
