At a recent show I was told that in addition to the pinstripe running along the side of the body and hood of my '36 120 Roadster, that there should be pinstripes above and below the vents on the sides of the hood. Does anyone have a photo showing this detail? I'd like to add it to my car. Thanks

You may find a close-up shot in the Photo Archives on this website. Look in the 1935, 1936 and 1937 folders.
I believe you were told correctly, and I think that the stripes above and below the vents is correct for 1938-39 as well.
Update: My info on the 1938-39 may not be correct.

My 1937 115C Six Convertible Coupe has a dual pen stripe on the top and bottom of the vents on the hood side panels. Maybe the 1936 One-twenties are the same. Photo shows the pen stripes.
