Glad things check clean but somewhere there is still an issue for me. I had thought it might be a DNS issue thru a house router messing me up so removed that router and am now direct to Comcast. Using open DNS instead of Comcast's. Site is still very intermittent. Sometimes all pops right up but most often takes a minimum of 30 seconds of wait time after clicking anything in the site before any action happens. Still get the come back in 40 seconds message quite often. Not noticing a problem on any other sites so guess I'll live with it.

HH56, that's interesting. I have no problems connecting but the length of time it takes for a command to be executed has gotten really long at times - almost always 10 or 15 seconds and often much longer. Sometimes mixing a bourbon manhattan seems to expedite things. But if I wait long enough, ultimately the command is executed. It's really the only website of many I visit routinely that has that issue.

I have the same problem as HH56 and O_D.
All other sites are good.

I am the Jim that had trouble some months back.

I will check from home tonight again.

As of a few weeks back I still couldn't get to this web site from either of the home computers which share a router and a DSL modem.

I get in just fine from my office.

I had made several trips to Las Vegas and used the free WiFi in several major hotels. I started having the Packard Info problem at that time and without ever disclosing the private email address I have, I started getting Spam from these Major Hotels, and I found several virus and Malware issues.

I will have to figure out what is lurking in my WiFi switch to see if it has trapped some bogus DNS address.

Jim needing to be un-plugged

It took me 14 seconds to get the page so I could respond. Connecting is no problem. Responding to a query is.

Ed: it took 50 seconds to load my response.

I've made a few adjustment to the Database performance handling and maybe that will help. I was seeing that it would load instantly for about 5-6 requests, the lag for 5-15 seconds on one, then be speedy again which means it was hitting some upper limits on the connection and memory caching. So I increased those limits.

I corrected some DB issues that were correcting causing the DB error. All should be good now. Thanks.
