The Deitrick convertibles are much rarer than the Dietrich models. Gee man, when you want $89,000 for something, the least you could do is spell correctly.

1948, 1949 and 1951 Packard in Dayton, Ohio.

"The bodys are in good condition from what I can tell..." when viewed from a galloping horse.

"All 3 cars have a original straight 6 motors..." Numbers matching, no doubt.

"In the garage for many years until recently." Recently being 1970.

$3000/ea or he'll cut you a deal...all three for $9K.

If.......that's the case these are very rare and unusual Packards! Of course, someone may have lopped 2 cylinders off each engine? Or they may all be '48 Export/Taxis, which ARE rare and unusual!

Hi

That '51 Patrician in Dayton was advertised a few years ago, looked to be a good car left to weather, shame.

More choices:
A '54 Cavalier, solid Colorado car, reactivate it, clean it up and enjoy:

Three V8 projects in Nebraska:
A weathered '55 400, may be a parts car:
https://omaha.craigslist.org/cto/6068308364.html

A '56 Executive sedan, list a rare manual shift:
https://lincoln.craigslist.org/cto/6068299136.html

Now the prize, a '56 Caribbean convertible:

Proud 1953 Clipper Deluxe owner. Thinking about my next Packard, want a Clipper Deluxe Eight, manual shift with overdrive.

Does that 1956 Caribbean in Nebraska look suspiciously like a 1955 to anyone else? Non-pushbutton Twin-Ultramatic selector lever, Emerald green steering column (a 1955 color for Caribbean, but Norwegian Forest I don't believe was used on any 1956 Caribbeans), a 1955 Senior ivory engine block versus 1956 Senior bronze, and 1955 type headlamp hoods on the fenders.

I think 55 too. It may be the light and shadows but almost looks like there is a crown on the top of the front fenders. The power window relay is mounted per 55 -- vertically on the firewall instead of the 56s horizontally on the pinch weld at the top of firewall.

Hi

Definitely appears to be a '55, here's a couple enhanced photos for a closer look. Both show how the stamped windshield header was cut and the casting inserted into the remaining A-pillars.
