The wheel cover identification guide doesn't actually show these but I believe the three together are 1939 Six or Eight and of the no-model type. From what I've gathered over the years, no-model Packards were actually made and I've seen a number of 1940 110s and 120s with hood badges that say Packard rather than 110 or 120 so it stands to reason that there were wheel covers to go with it. Without a side view of the other, it's difficult to tell but that it has Packard Motor Car Co written out indicates that it is several years earlier.

My 1939 120 and 1941 Clipper use the style of the hubcaps up top. I've seen the same style on 110's however dimensions differ.

1939 and 1941 should be quite different from one another but maybe it's the silhouette that differs. My 1939 Six's were ribbed but it came with some from 1938 which were not. I don't recall what my 1901A had.

The single ring ones are earlier, for sure 37, maybe 36-38. The ones with the more rings are later.

The top three caps are 373597 for model 1951.
The lower single cap is 324103, a VERY misunderstood cap.

P was very good with identifying parts with part numbers as Flack's post notes.
Always look for stamped or cast part numbers, then search on the parts lists for model use. ie, reverse lookup so to speak. May have to check several editions to get right year.
It's easy to swop hubcaps so what comes with it or in the trunk after this many years, may not always be what it was born with, if going for correctness, or just ID what one has at hand.
Another trick is to search original photos in model information, internet, but hit or miss and takes time.
Lots of handy info at your finger tips on the left hand column on this site.
