Joe,
Not pictures, but the attached 1941 Info book(downloadable for free from this Website) contains some details of upholstery choices available. EDIT - Have you looked through the 1941 photos in the Photo Archive? Mostly exterior shots but you never know your luck!

The standard interior material for a 1941 120 is leather - see for yourself on page 181 of the Data Book as the man from Oz suggested. Look at the 3rd row of the table I've attached. You could choose from 6 colors of leather: green, tan, red, gray blue and black.
However, the was an option for a "Multi-Tone" interior with a combination of leather and cloth. There were 2 choices: red leather with tan Bedford cord and blue with gray Bedford cord. But if you go "multi-tone" then the instrument panel is painted in body color. Otherwise, the standard finish for the instrument panel is burled walnut woodgrain. Do yourself a favor and download the Data Book to your computer. It will answer 95% of your questions. If you click onto the image it will get larger.

I believe all open cars have body color dashes. I can send some pictures of my 42 110 which is the same with only seams side to side and not up and down like a 41. also have extra set of window trim for doors.

Hello Dell:
Sorry, but PAC judges don't go by what you believe - they go by the Data Book. Please review the table I posted above from page 181 and go the column titled "Instrument Panel." Standard finish for 1941 cars was WOODGRAIN - period. For a 110 it was mahogany For a 120 and 160 it was burled walnut For a 180 it was crotch walnut Optional finish did allow a painted dash, but only with cars with multi-tone interiors and some with Deluxe trim. I've seen too many amateur restorations that take a shortcut and just paint the dash because they don't want to tackle woodgraining or sending it out to an expert.
