They look like late 1920's to early 1930's but there were different diameters and widths depending on the model

What David said.

I'm no expert, but for someone who is, looking at the drums, the fact they appear to have 8 wheel nuts and an external thread for the hub cap may help to point them to a year/model Packard. Also. if you measure the inside diameter of the drums that might help too.

Yes they look like my 32. But mine are 7 lug so 8 lug might be for 20 in. wheels used on Super 8 and 12. Could also be 29 which are similar with 20 in wheels I believe.

Those look exactly like the drums on my 1929 model 645, which has the 8 bolt lug pattern. Mine is at a shop across town, but I will measure the drums next time I am there.

Each series had different numbers so there must be a part number somewhere. Look inside the hub maybe that is where they hid them.
