A stunning example of the very rarely seen trim code 35.

The matching baseball caps are a hoot. Maybe I should order extra material from SMS when I re-do the interior of the '49?

Beautiful.I think we should take up a collection and buy this car for Owen. The only stipulation would be he use it as his everyday car and he wears those cute baseball caps when driving.

Hey, the chart did say zebraskin so technically it is correct. On the other hand, I didn't see a code for that pink and turquoise so it has to go.

Dave, to call it "a stunning example" is very diplomatic.

I know what happened. The early prototype Kaiser design crews got inspired and there were no Kaisers handy. They were going to add zebraskin to their dragonskin and bamboo motiffs and had to try on something. The guy doing the pink and turquoise still had a hangover and was looking to match the elephants he had seen.

No explanation for the second car. Maybe they were trying for a barnyard and hayloft motiff and the young lady was a milkmaid that wanted her picture taken.

Howard, my research had the same result.
