I am rounding up information on my Patrician-2452-4085-and came across the car with an Arizona plate AB-15629, the state was no help, they only keep ten years of information on-hand. I have traced it from Arizona to Alberta, then to Kansas. Any information or direction would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!!

Most DMVs will no longer provide prior owner information. This is due to Stalker Laws/Privacy Laws.

No luck checking with the PAC or PI Roster Keepers?

I generally don't recommend this. It's common. Becomes a huge waste of time with little to show for.
I don't know what drives people to want this info after the fact?
Get/ask for the documentation with the car when you buy, if you want that, or don't buy it. Buy a fully documented car.
Anyone that may have originally owned it is >70 plus >21 >>91, so may not even recall, deceased, or want to be bothered. All else is hearsay without paper. Documentation is nice to have at story telling time but adds little to the car's value, unless it's ultra low miles no collision damage factory paint, etc to have proof vs odometer fraud. These are not particularly valuable to begin with. Top $30K.

Valid point, but there are so many things that are a waste of time in our lives, I enjoy researching, so I don't mind. Have a good weekend!

You might also try some of the Arizona members here and on other Packard sites/clubs including Mike Circo of Tucson Packard to see of they recollect this car.

I don't go back that far in the club, but there are several that do. Try

packardsofaz.club/

The club is located in Phoenix.

I have never understood the fascination with previous owners and the like. If Wat buys your car, that fact alone scrubs the "history" clean, sort of like being conquered by Genghis Khan.

If you're not having fun, maybe it's your own damned fault.

Not a waste of time at all! Go for it. There are a number of facets to this hobby and a simple question of a car's origin is a fun and cost free aspect of it. The value lies completely with the one seeking out the information. There are quests for all kinds of things and you need not listen to anyone else's opinion on why you are doing it. The AHA! moment of getting something you are looking for is as good as drawing a straight flush. The very fact that there is likely no one alive that can recite you chapter and verse on any car's pedigree makes the search that much more of a challenge. The fun is in the journey. Good luck!
Bob J.
