Hi Don,
The Delco 1946K shock was used for the left front on 1942-47 Clippers and all 1948-50 models. I'm surprised that Apple Hydraulics doesn't list them.

I found the Delco 1946K on the Apple Hydraulics site... I thought the number looked familiar. It's a shock for the 'Clipper style' suspensions, specifically; 1941 Clipper, 1942 2001-3-6-10-11, 1946-50 All. Same shocks I just had re-built by Apple several months ago for my '50 Custom.
Can't find any matching reference to the those 531xxxx part numbers though. Edit: BDeB hit the submit button before I did.
