Easily my favorite Caribbean. The color combo is nice to see for a change.

Had a small set back the other day had front of car jacked up to work under car .Noticed the smell of gasoline looked under rear of car saw gas dripping onto garage floor. Looked at tank saw drip coming from right rear corner and felt the coating and it was soft and retaining gasoline. I knew tank only had five gallons in it as I had drained the old gas out before and installed five gallons of fresh gas. The tank had been treated before I think as it had a black coating on it. Anyway I returned car to level and decided to order new tank as gasoline leak not on my favorite list. Ordered new tank Tuesday was delivered to my door this afternoon. Looks nice and no shipping damage will remove old and install new one soon. The good thing now no need to worry about tank leaks I hope

Would you compare the angles of the fill pipe? There is one supplier of tanks who several mentioned early on had an issue with the angle being slightly off just enough that the gas pump nozzle was hard to insert in the opening. Just wondering if those were early production and problem was solved or if still an issue.

Good to know that it fits well without modification as I have one too waiting to go into my 1956 Clipper Custom.
