It’s impossible to import to no matter the prospective. As for the apostrophe, so many times people think it belongs before any s that I just ignore it. One case in point is saying 50’s which is a possessive that actually means belonging to 50 when they actually meant ‘50s, a contraction of sorts (the apostrophe substituting for 19) referring to the decade 1950.
