Really? I read every post on this website and I haven't seen any new posts from Eric. Did you look at the date of the post?

I was thinking the same, i hadn't seen anything yet from him. Different name? If so, i would think fred would have posted the new name.

I did not look at the date, but I think I only looked at recent forums tonight. To the best of my recollection I was in the V8 forum when I found his post. It is altogether possible that somehow I clicked on an old forum but I usually only go to the last page to "catch up" or the first page of a new subject.

If I made and error, I apologize . I cannot find his post. In the interim I will remove my post.

FYI his entire Packard collection was on craigslist about 2 or 3 weeks ago, said he was getting out of the Packards and moving on to something else.

Fred, someone just replied to an old post. That is why you saw Eric's name as one of his old posts was in that thread (see the date on his post). No need to turn on the air raid sirens.

Fred,

I think it's this post
Quote:
Turbopackman wrote: Gerd, I could raise so much hell with one of those!!

from this "fog lites" thread. It does have some dust on it being 2 & 1/2 years ago!
EDIT - The thread was revived by Keith's recent post so came to the top again.

Turbopacman made some of the greatest contributions to the Packard world in the last 50+ years:

1. He discovered the Olds oil pump for conversion feasibility that has now become a reality spanning two different manufacturers.

2. The very simple and elegant and affordable Ford truck power brake conversion.

THose are just 2 items. I'll add more as i remeber them.

I'm sure T'Pacman will do great things with his new endeavors just as he has done with Packard.
